06.27.08-We will be sending out a letter explaining all of your options with the settlement. If you already know that you would like to submit a claim, please do so at any time by obtaining a claim form and follow the instructions from the official  pet food settlement website www.petfoodsettlement.com. You can begin your claim process at any time.

06.16.08-The Pet Food Settlement website has been completed and it available at www.petfoodsettlement.com. We will help guide our clients through the claim form process to ensure your claim is done properly. 5.30.08-The pet food case has preliminarily settled for $24 million and Judge Hillman has set a settlement schedule.

04.07.08-U.S. District Judge Noel L. Hillman set a May 14 hearing in New Jersey to consider the settlement. A final hearing date in Canada is not yet scheduled.

04.03.08-Great News! The Pet Food Recall case has reached a preliminary settlement. Attorney’s will be contacting you to provide further details. At this time we ask you to wait to be contacted if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you everyone for your patience!

02.27.08-We have heard from several of you about the need to know more about the status of the litigation.  We have been deliberately keeping quiet about certain ongoing discussions, because we have promised to keep such discussions confidential.  We believe that maintaining confidentiality is in your best interests at this time.  We promise to communicate to you all developments in the case as soon as we can do so without jeopardizing your interests.  We appreciate your patience

07.05.07- The Honorable Noel L. Hillman is the judge assigned to the actions that are transferred to New Jersey.

07.01.07- A Conditional Transfer Order was filed June 28, 2007 for Colorado to be transferred to New Jersey for the purpose of pretrial proceedings.

06.22.07- On June 19, 2007 the mdl panel transferred 12 civil actions to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings. Colorado is not part of the initial 12 civil actions transferred.

06.18.2007-IMPORTANT: If you become aware or see any of the recalled foods still being stocked in stores, please let us know immediately. You can reach Tami Gurley at 303-756-0800 ext. 100. If it is convenient for you, please
 purchase the food and keep the receipt so that we have record of it.

06.13.2007-The hearing for consolidation was held in Vegas on May 31, 2007. There has not been a final decision reached at this time.
